By submitting this application, I understand that I am applying to receive a Merchandise/Catalog Kit. I understand that this will create a balance due on an account created in my name. My authorized credit card account number will be held for 30 days to allow me to earn back the $250 start up kit fee. I authorize Home Gallery Exhibits to charge my credit card $250 or the difference, as of day 31 after my documents are received. However, I may choose to clear my kit charge by authorizing Home Gallery Exhibits to charge my credit card information below today at a discounted rate of $225.00. I am listing THREE Home Gallery Exhibit bookings. All exhibits will be credited to my account at 20% credit of gross sales, less tax and shipping toward clearing my balance of $250. Once I have cleared my balance, I have earned my Catalog Kit absolutely free and will earn commissions as shown in the chart on all future paid sales.

Note: Home Gallery Exhibits uses a 50% rule of thumb when inviting guests. If you invite 30 people, the expected turnout would be about 15 attendees. It is best to invite as many guests as possible in order to insure gross sales will cover your kit fee quickly and easily.
