Home Gallery Exhibits Agreement

As a Home Gallery Exhibits Consultant, I understand that I am self-employed, independent business person in business for myself.  I am not an employee of Home Gallery Exhibits and therefore not covered by workmen’s compensation or state unemployment.  I will be responsible for any self-employment social security, state or federal income taxes that may be required.

 As a self-employed, independent business person, I will be responsible for any liability and automobile insurances, as well as any other necessary business expenses that may be warranted.

 As a Home Gallery Exhibits Consultant, I understand that I may conduct business according to my own personal desires.  I am not obligated to limit my sales to the Home Gallery Exhibits products, and may sell when and where I choose, either through exhibits or any other method I select.

 Home Gallery Exhibit is confident I will be a success in my new career and does not impose sales quotas-the more exhibits I hold the more successful my business will be.  I understand that while I have a balance due on my account and as long as I am holding exhibits, I am reducing my balance due; I have 30 days to clear the kit charge.

I understand that I can use Home Gallery Exhibits quick kit payoff plan to clear my kit charge with a one time credit card payment of $225.00 

I understand that if I wish to cancel this agreement, I may return my kit in resalable condition for full credit within 30 days of receipt.
